Lerato and her long time varsity friend were the initial founders of Tisang in 2013.

Lerato is an experienced civil engineer by profession, having worked for some of the largest construction companies in South Africa in numerous turnkey and construction projects such as the Gauteng Free Way Improvement for the preparation of the 2010 world cup, Kusile Power Station and three of the major renewable energy projects in the Western Cape Province.

Lerato has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in the construction sector through her involvement and participation in the areas of overall project execution, operations, and supply chain.

Lusanda Tyebileyo

BTech. (Structures) Civil Engineering (UJ) , Project Management at Wits Business School. JP Morgan Small Business Boost Programme at Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). Lusanda is a co-founder of Tisang. She is a Civil Engineer by profession but has since shifted her focus and mainstreamed into Project Management the past 6 years of her career within the Public Sector. Her long journey started where she was recruited in 2009 as a University graduate into an Engineering technician role, and over the years grew into a reputable Project Manager. She has played a major role as a Project Manager within different divisions of one of South Africa’s biggest Parastatals. She has vast knowledge and experience in Turnkey Projects within the rail and property sectors, dealing with a range of stakeholders (external or internal) in support of project organizational structures for effective Project Management which she now brings to the business.
